Day one working out: Fucking hate it. BUT, I'm hoping it'll get me somewhere soon and that it'll get easier. Also, I went to the grocery and bought all health foods for the next week to eat - let's see if it lasts any longer or the whole week even... I don't have a goal weight, but I want to be healthy and feel comfortable about myself. I'll never be stick thin so that's not even on my mind.
One day down - many more to go!
